36 Khnum and 37 Sobek

Khnum, the ram-headed god who creates with clay like a potter, joins Sobek, the crocodile-headed god who protects Egypt like he protects his children, by surrounding them nose to tail. Together they tell you that Flexibility, like the wet clay shaped by the potter’s skilled hands, when joined with careful Concentration, just as Sobek encircles his children are the combined forces that make creativity possible. If you are not flexible, like a pot that has already been fired, your creation will be brittle and can crack or break. If you are not careful, by completely surrounding your work process, you will overlook simple little things that can stop or destroy your work. Practice flexible concentration, and your work will have no limits.
